Think before you post. Double-check the content. Then share.

Social media is a public space. Be aware of your words and actions.

Absolutely! Share Sappi content as often as you want.

Spotted fake news or a scam involving Sappi in your newsfeed?
Report it to the regional communications manager straight away.

The Don’ts

Someone made a negative comment?
Don’t respond; report it to our regional communications managers who will attend to it.

Can you post or share Sappi information?
Nothing sensitive or confidential should ever be shared.

Is it okay to post pics of Sappi machinery or property?
It depends. You will need to get permission first.

Have something to say?
Don’t speak on Sappi’s behalf unless you have permission to do so.
